The APC assists in meeting the necessary editorial and production services that need to be met in order to meet the standard quality of publication.

• Charged Only after Acceptance: APC is charged to the authors only after the peer-reviewed manuscript is accepted.
• No Submission or Review Fees: There are no fees incurred in the submission or peer-review.
